The Turkmen delegation led by the head of the Youth Policy Department of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, Vep Gutliev, took part in the III Global Youth Summit held from 21 to 24 August this year in Kazan (Russian Federation). 

The summit platforms discussed topical issues related to youth, exchange of best practices, development of joint initiatives to strengthen friendly relations between countries.

More than 110 people from 43 countries widely discussed digitalisation and digital trends in the youth environment.

The Turkmen side shared its experience in implementing the state youth policy.

Within the framework of the forum, the Turkmen delegation familiarised itself with the activities of the Bashir Rameyev Technopark, which is a productive platform for the implementation of youth startups and projects in the field of IT and attracting investments. The Turkmen representatives also visited the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Yaratam Teen Club - a youth centre, which has a choreographic hall, areas for co-working and cybersports, classrooms and a multifunctional hall for events.

In addition, the delegates visited the world's unique extreme park ‘Uram’ in the centre of Kazan, according to a press release of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
