National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, who arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries.

Expressing gratitude for the invitation to participate in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, which is being held in Turkmenistan, which follows the path of harmonious development and demonstrates dynamic economic development, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon emphasized that it is a great honor for him to participate in the Forum of global significance.
During the meeting, confidence was expressed in the productive work of the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, as well as in the fact that the agreements reached within the framework of the Forum will have a positive impact on the sustainable development of the economies of the participating countries.
