Possessing rich reserves of oil and gas, Turkmenistan is confidently developing the potential of its fuel and energy complex, which is one of the most important sectors of the national economy. The attainment of impressive progress has become possible thanks to the tireless efforts and attention of the Hero Arkadag, and the successful continuation of his modern initiatives by the Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who places great emphasis on the creation of new productions in the oil and gas industry and the introduction of cutting-edge technologies.

The priority areas for the development of the fuel and energy complex include the phased development of the Galkynysh gas field, the accelerated industrial development of oil and gas resources in the Turkmen coastal zones of the Caspian Sea, ensuring the efficient use of explored fields, further development of the gas chemical and processing industries, and the introduction of advanced, innovative technologies and modern equipment into production.

In the gas industry, one of the key tasks is to ensure the rational and efficient use of underground resources while supplying “blue fuel” to both domestic and international consumers. The importance of this task increases in line with the respected President’s strategy aimed at establishing multiple routes for exporting Turkmen gas abroad.
