In the first half of the current year, Turkmenistan produced 38.9914 billion cubic meters of natural gas and 4.0915 million tons of oil.
These figures were announced at the expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on July 11, where the results of the country’s socio-economic development for the first half of 2025 were reviewed.
“Significant achievements were recorded in key sectors. Natural gas production reached 38.9914 billion cubic meters, and oil output amounted to 4.0915 million tons. Diesel fuel production increased by 5.1 percent, gasoline by 2.8 percent, and fuel oil by 13.6 percent. In the oil and gas sector, the State Concern ‘Türkmennebit’ exceeded its oil production plan by 110 percent, while the oil refineries fulfilled their processing targets by 109 percent.”
